Map:

The route leaves Abunuelas along the Cozvijar road. Shortly after the summit there is a concreted road which drops steeply down to Conchar. From the church in Conchar head East and follow a narrow track which drops down towards the river. Follow this track which is marked by the usual red and white markers. The track contained in the GPS file takes an alternative route along the edge of an acequia (irrigation channel). This is very spectacular, but be careful - there are sheer drops along the side of the acequia and a rock face on the other. You will need to carry your bike along this section. The track eventually widens and leads into the village of Murchas. From here the route follows the Rio Torrente towards Durcal. From Durcal return by road to Albunuelas via Cozvijar.

Thanks to Guillermo of Deportes Nomadas for showing me this route.

Footnote: I cycled this route again in September and parts of the route between Conchar and Murchas were very overgrown, particularly with bamboo.
